We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process and ensuring its smooth execution. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills will contribute to the overall success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry and work collaboratively with a talented team. Responsibilities: * Assist in the coordination and execution of various production tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Organize and maintain production files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. Coordinate logistics for production activities, including equipment rentals, travel arrangements, and location scouting. Assist in coordinating the hiring and scheduling of cast, crew, and extras for productions. Support the production team during shoots, including setting up equipment, preparing props, and managing talent. Collaborate with the production team to create and distribute call sheets, schedules, and other production-related documents. Conduct research and gather information to support production planning and decision-making. Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Maintain effective communication with team members, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a degree in film, media studies, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Proficient in using production software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project management platforms. Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and industry terminology. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on production needs.
