Someone who can: Serve as our brands’ primary photographer and videographer by creating eye-catching photos and videos for marketing use on various platforms, such as web content, email campaigns, social media, signage, and promotional videos Ensure that the photography/videography captured represents our social media brand, tone, and aesthetic Determine locations prior to photoshoots, assess obstacles, and provide solutions and attainable innovative ideas that meet brand standards Be well versed in lifestyle portraits, product and apparel photography in both studio and outdoor settings Prepare products, props, equipment, and lighting for photoshoots in the studio as well as offsite shoots Contact, schedule, and prepare models for photoshoots Execute post-production edits, retouching, and image adjustments Play a key role in shaping both stores’ visual storylines and maintaining the digital asset library What should you have? Associate or bachelor’s degree in film, art, or photography (preferred) Proven professional shooting experience Detailed knowledge of photography art and lights (studio light and outdoor lighting) Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other photographic/video software Experience with industry-standard editing tools and asset management software. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and practice superior time-management skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional leadership qualities. Commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week). You will be required to work some nights, weekends, holidays, and all A&M home football games (or big events related to Texas A&M University). Imagine yourself joining our team and C.C.
