You will communicate effectively and professionally with staff and owners during your shoots and upload your footage for our post-production team to process. Requirements The ideal candidate has significant experience with videography, their own equipment, and the ability to capture high-quality footage. You should have your own camera, lenses, and gear. Your previous work should exhibit a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of composition. You should also be comfortable working in diverse environments and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the North Creative team and clients. Compensation and Scheduling Upon being matched with a project, each shoot pays between $250-$500, and we work around your schedule. Our clients schedule shoots around our videographers’ availability, offering flexibility to balance your commitments.
