ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Videographer to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As a Videographer, you will have the opportunity to create reels to bring the ANA stories to life. The ideal videographer specializes in capturing and producing video content for various purposes. They are skilled in operating video cameras, recording footage, and editing the captured material to create high-quality videos. The Videographer will play a crucial role in capturing and producing engaging and visually appealing videos for various purposes such as marketing, entertainment, education, events, or documentation of ANA’s various product vertical lines. You will combine technical skills with artistic creativity to create impactful visual stories. This role reports to the Marketing Director. Roles & Responsibilities: Video Production: A videographer is responsible for planning and executing video shoots. This involves setting up cameras, lights, and audio equipment, as well as selecting appropriate shooting locations and angles. They collaborate with clients, directors, or producers to understand the vision and objectives of the video project Camera Operation: Videographers have expertise in operating professional video cameras, ensuring proper exposure, focus, and framing. They may use a variety of camera techniques such as panning, tracking shots, and zooming to capture dynamic and visually appealing footage Audio Recording: Alongside video recording, videographers also handle audio recording during shoots. They utilize microphones and sound equipment to capture clear and high-quality audio, adjusting levels and settings as necessary Video Editing: After capturing the footage, videographers use video editing software to piece together the recorded clips, add transitions, incorporate graphics or animations, and adjust color grading. They also synchronize the video with the recorded audio, ensuring smooth and cohesive storytelling Equipment Management: Videographers are responsible for maintaining and organizing their equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, lights, and audio devices. They keep their gear in good working condition, perform routine maintenance, and stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field Creative Direction: Depending on the project, videographers may also contribute to the creative process, offering ideas for visual concepts, storytelling techniques, or shot compositions. They work closely with clients or creative teams to ensure the video aligns with the intended message and meets the desired objectives Post-production: In addition to video editing, videographers may be involved in other post-production tasks such as audio editing, color correction, and adding special effects or graphics to enhance the final product Collaboration and Communication: Videographers often work as part of a larger team, collaborating with directors, producers, other videographers, and creative professionals. They should have good communication skills to effectively understand and implement project requirements and provide creative input when necessary Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Videographers often work in diverse environments and must be adaptable to changing circumstances. They should be able to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot, think creatively to overcome challenges, and make adjustments to their filming or editing techniques as needed Organization and Time Management: Videographers may handle multiple projects simultaneously or work on tight deadlines. They need strong organizational skills to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content Creation of videos (thought leadership, live demonstration, screen capture, animations, testimonials, product, training, social media, employee communication, onboarding, promotional, sales, documentaries, series) that communicates ANA’s value proposition Develop and maintain ANA video brand assets Ensure ANA branding is cohesive across all internal and external video communications and campaigns Support departments with video needs in partnership with marketing team Create, maintain, and deliver on a creative video calendar encompassing all aspects of ANA’s brand and aligning with the marketing plan in partnership with the marketing team Defines video policies and standards that reinforce ANA’s internal and external branding direction Manage projects with agency vendors as needed Research and selection of vendors, cameras, lighting, film equipment, applications, software, platforms in partnership with marketing & IT teams Continuously monitor and analyze competitors’ visual design, creative industry trends, and overall styling & video trends Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in storyboarding, shooting, post-production, and delivering all types of videos 2+ years in a broadcast or production environment Express creative ideas clearly and concisely (verbally and written) Extensive knowledge of cameras, lens & filters, lighting & equipment, set design, and post-production techniques. Television experience preferred B2B & B2C product creative services a plus An accredited qualification in videography or related field Flexibility with working hours Time management – able to handle multiple projects with very tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance The salary range for this role is $75,000 – $95,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations. You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
