We act as the marketing team for each of our clients and provide all types of direction, planning, and executing of marketing strategies across a wide range of advertising mediums and opportunities. Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join the team as a Videographer/Editor! Schedule & Location: This is a full-time Monday through Friday position based in Wilmington, MA following a hybrid work model. 2-3 on-site workdays per week are required, while there is flexibility for some work to be completed remotely. Travel may be occasionally required, less than 10% annually. Responsibilities: Work alongside our senior team to creatively produce high quality, engaging external marketing and communication assets from long form Youtube content to 15 second Tik-Tok / Reels content. Shoot and edit video content according to company expectations with a clear, compelling narrative and consistent style and quality. Lead and operate camera, lighting, and audio production for in office and on location video shoots. Research and acquire video elements such as stock footage, graphics, photos, voice-overs, music, sound fx, etc. Maintain production equipment and edit systems. Organize and maintain the department media storage system. Work both independently and within a team environment. Qualifications: Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree. Highly Preferred Education: College degree with a focus in communications. Required Work Experience: 2-5+ years working as a video editor and videographer/director of photography in a creative media production environment. Highly Preferred Work Experience: Corporate and/or agency creative media work experience. Required Skills: Expert and demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of production workflows, principals of videography, cinematography, editing, encoding, and latest video and camera technology. Expert and demonstrated HD filming/shooting experience with lighting and audio. Ability to work in fast-paced production environment with quick turnarounds. Great attention to detail and creative mindset. Strong understanding of brand and style. Excellent interpersonal skills. Organization skills (project and media files). Ability to use both Mac and Windows platform computers, software, and peripherals. Highly Preferred Skills: Photography skills. Producer skills. Experience with Photoshop, After Effects, color correction, and audio mixing. The hiring range for this position is $59,000-$72,000 USD. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
