About Us Ebanks Films is a creative digital agency specializing in media production. Servicing clients from south Florida and beyond, we assist in developing digital footprints for artists, influencers, and business’s alike. We cater to several industries with a focus on entertainment, music, and fitness industries. We are currently looking for crew members to assist on productions as well as social media marketing for Ebanks Films. This position is open to videographers/photographers/editors The ideal candidate we are looking for is a creative who is looking to gain the opportunity to build a solid portfolio with resources, equipment, and studio space they would not have access to alone. We are looking for someone that can grow with our company, showcase your artistry, and be able to work with us long term. Recent college graduates encouraged! The scope and timeframe of projects vary; from large volume shoots to smaller shoots and some projects are booked well in advance, while others may be on short notice. Responsibilities Join crew meetings that plan, collaborate, pitch creative ideas with other members on current projects. Research potential clients that we may be able to service and are on brand with our company’s mission. Create content for clients and Ebanks Films both as a team and as an individual. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s creation. Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in film, marketing, or related degree (or equivalent work experience) Creative experience in filmmaking and videography Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project and the ability to bring them to life. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions. Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus but not required Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots. Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment Editing footage after recording Adding computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to footage Preparing background film, also called “B” roll. Ability to travel frequently for production. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license Ability to manage/upload large files/footage at a timely manner Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule: Choose your own hours On call Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Filming: 3 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
