Our team is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager at our Production team who would be responsible for Post-Production Project Management as well as Build & Maintain our Media AssetsDatabase.
Reporting to the Director of Production, this position also works closely with our CEO and other departments such as: Rev. Ops., Marketing, Graphics and Client Management team. With this role, you will gain exposure to a powerful roster of change-making clients and work with a team of committed human beings in a supportive and energizing environment.
What You’ll Work on:
As a key member in the production team and center hub of projects, you will be:
  • Responsible for project managing all post-production assets launch “from start to finish”.
  • Prepare weekly or adhoc project progress updates for internal team members
  • Lead and chair regular Production team meetings
  • Gather, prioritize, and resolve day-to-day team feedback and problems
  • Assign tasks and Manage progress and output for the editorial team
  • Assist in preparing and tracking project budgets
  • Responsible for maintaining open communication with non-production team members on project progress
  • Responsible for Troubleshooting and problem-solving when bottlenecks and challenges arise
  • Perform quality assurance and act as the final gatekeeper prior to assets launch
  • Initiate and implement process to continuously improve the speed and quality of assets delivery
  • Support the development of visually appealing and interesting content
  • Support the integration of images and videos for client facing projects
  • Work with the Product Research team to coordinate marketing deliverables
  • Keep up to date on industry trends for content creation
  • Other Production Operation duties as assigned when necessary. What You’ll Bring to This Role:
  • Able to work Independently with strong functional expertise; manage multiple projects, priorities, and people while keeping all the details in check
  • Hands on experience and passion with creative asset production
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, troubleshooting & critical thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of filming, production, media assets management and digital marketing platforms
  • Being able to influence teams’ decisions without authority; pull in the right resources and know when to escalate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
  • Strong business acumen and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfy internal stakeholders
  • Ability to spot problems and find new ways to improve processes
  • Desire to learn and improve by seeking and acting on productive feedback
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly, meet deadline and work in an agile and fast paced environment
  • Willingness to take initiatives in taking on new responsibilities, challenges and learn new skills; Be the change agent
  • Great work ethics and have integrity
What Qualifications We are looking for:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Project Management or Media production is preferable
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience working with production, media assets or social media marketing industry
  • Agency experience would be a definite asset
  • Solid knowledge and skills in how to operate and work with GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Forms), ClickUp (or similar Project Management Software, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic to Moderate understanding of other Social Media Marketing platforms, such as, FaceBook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  • Understanding of Online Education products and services is an asset.
