RESILIENCE: Awaking the Superpower of any Production Professional!

As a production professional, the most important resource you have is your resilience. Managing the long hours, the emotional lows that come with long dry spells, not feeling good enough and the
many other challenges that may confront you in your career. Your number one defence to all of the
above is to be grounded in your resilience – your superpower and gift that keeps giving. Resilience
supports self-confidence, well-being, and your overall mindset.

In this interactive online introductory workshop, you will be guided through a step by step process that will give voice to your resilience through perspective taking/role playing of your own resources that can keep your wellbeing balanced. It’s the perfect opportunity to reacquaint yourself with your inner strengths and acquire tools to stay connected to them whenever you need a top up. You may even want to take the perspective of other strengths/resources that exist in the group and, through the same guided step by step process, integrate them for your own cannon of resilience.

Space is minimal, so if you’re interested in this workshop, register before the available spots fill up!
