Brad Bucklin

Mr. Bucklin’s Entertainment adventure started at 25, when he began working as an actor on such shows as “One Day At A Time,” “Waverly Wonders,” “Facts of Life,” “Days of Our Lives” “Picket Fences” and in films that included “World War III,” “Wavelength” “No Place to Hide” “Jurassic Park” and more. He moved on to theatre when he became Production Stage Manager for the West Coast Premier of David Mamet’s play “A Life in The Theatre” at the Matrix Theatre, directed by David Birney and produced by Joe Stern. He was Producing Partner at the Empty Stage Theatre, where he oversaw the production of “Three,” which he co-wrote with former Groundling Director Stan Wells and also produced the critically acclaimed sketch shows “Traditional Female Roles I&II” as well as Co-Directed “Heart Mummers & Brain Matter.” Other Producing credits include, “I³ Desire” at the McCadden Theatre. He directed the original one acts “The Eros Thanatos Class” and “Twins” (featuring Kristin Wigg) for the Award Winning Can Festival I&II. Mr. Bucklin’s play “Mrs. Christmas” was featured in Can Festival III at the Avery Schriever Theatre and was made into an Award Winning short film directed by Kristian Gabriel. He went on to produce the 4th annual Can Festival which included his play “Abide.” He was Production Manager on the documentary “Supporting Actors,” is a credited writer for “The Wedding Channel,” and editor of a PBS special Documentary “El Gran Concierto Mariachi.”

While still producing a variety of projects, Mr. Bucklin has since been focusing more on Directing and Editing. He recently directed and edited the Short film “Lie in Wait,” and music video “Straight Whiskey.” He has edited a wide variety of projects from web series to sizzle reels, feature films, short films, documentaries, five music videos for Singer Ellee Ven and much more.
