As demand grows, we’re looking for a talented weekday Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our Pittsburgh team.

This 1099 contractor role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-motivated creative who enjoys capturing homes and wants consistent weekday work without the burden of editing or file delivery. You’ll shoot beautiful listings, interact with great clients, and be supported by an efficient, reliable post-production and scheduling team.

What You’ll Do

• Capture High-Quality Photography – Interior and exterior listing photos with professional composition and lighting
• Shoot Cinematic Videos – Horizontal walkthroughs and optional vertical reels using gimbals for smooth motion
• Operate Drones (If Certified) – Drone photography and video for elevated listing perspectives
• Complete 3D Tours – Use company-provided Matterport or 360 camera systems (training included)
• Contribute to Floor Plans – Occasionally scan properties using mobile-based tools to generate 2D layouts
• Interact On-Site – Represent Exposure It professionally while working with agents, homeowners, and tenants

What You Won’t Be Responsible For

• No editing or media delivery
• No weekend or evening shoots
• No client scheduling or post-shoot coordination

What We’re Looking For

• A creative with experience in real estate or architectural photography , or a strong photo/video portfolio
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to follow shot lists and brand guidelines
• Excellent communicator who can interact confidently with homeowners and real estate professionals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual quality
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel in the Pittsburgh area required)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Your own mirrorless/DSLR camera with a wide-angle lens
• Gimbal or stabilizer for walkthrough video shoots
• FAA Part 107 drone certification
• Drone and video equipment
