A group of people partake in a therapy session which leads one of them to come face to face with the very real battles of depression and anxiety. Tina has been living a lie and trying desperately to find a way out. Suicide affects both men and women who on the surface seem totally normal but are fighting inner demons everyday. Anything can become a trigger. Helplessness turns to hopelessness. Should you surround yourself with people who can see you even when you are wearing a mask or do you open up to the person behind the mask. If you couldn’t hurt yourself, what would you do instead?
