A24 is hiring a Music Marketing lead based in New York to drive campaign strategy across its growing music division. This role sits within A24 Music and owns digital marketing from launch through analysis for both soundtrack releases tied to film and television projects and original artist work developed in-house. It is best suited to a seasoned music marketer who has run full-cycle campaigns at a label, distributor, or artist management company and knows how to build real audiences, not just impressions.

About the Role

A24 Music operates across soundtrack releases connected to the company’s film and television slate, as well as original artist projects developed independently of any specific production. Day to day, this person is managing paid media buys, pitching playlists to DSP editorial teams, and coordinating with A&R and creative on release timing and positioning. The role requires someone who can move between data dashboards and creative briefs without losing the thread on either.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for soundtrack and original artist releases, covering strategy, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Plan and manage paid media across social platforms and streaming services, optimizing buys for reach, engagement, and conversion at each stage of a release cycle.
  • Oversee DSP marketing including playlist pitching strategy, editorial relationship management, and on-platform advertising for music releases.
  • Build organic community growth across social platforms, developing engaged audiences around A24 Music artists and releases over time.
  • Pitch and execute partnership and experiential opportunities that connect music releases to broader cultural moments.
  • Track campaign performance across all channels and translate that data into clear insights that shape future release strategy.

What You Bring

  • Seven or more years of digital marketing experience within the music industry, at a label, distributor, management company, or music-forward media brand.
  • A track record running successful campaigns for both established and emerging artists across multiple release formats.
  • Fluency in paid and organic social strategy, influencer marketing, and the DSP ecosystem including Spotify, Apple Music, and similar platforms.
  • Existing relationships with platform partners, influencer communities, and fan community operators that can be applied immediately.
  • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous releases without losing quality of output or strategic clarity.
