OFFICE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – FACTUAL TV *PAID*
Full-time contract position
Vancouver Based
Starting Date: August 15th
End Date: Approx. end of Oct / Nov with potential to extend
Responsibilities:
-Assisting the production coordinator with organizing and scheduling -Community outreach/research via Social Media to find pets and pet owners to film with -Communicating with sponsors to ensure deals are fulfilled -Tracking and organizing releases and other forms being sent from the field -Assisting producers with a variety of administrative tasks -Occasionally supporting the field crew on-set during filming
Required Qualifications:
-BC based, have lived in British Columbia for at least one year -Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Beneficial Skills / Background:
-Experience with schedule management in a time-sensitive, deadline-oriented atmosphere -Diligence, resourcefulness and able to thrive under pressure -Able to handle multiple changing priorities -Able to communicate effectively across multiple teams. -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace -Willingness to learn
