Audio Editing and Foley for Short Film – $500

Looking for someone to edit the dialogue and improve the audio quality in a short film that I am in the process of finishing. I would also like Foley added as well, but if I need to get someone else to do this that’s okay.

The ideal candidate would be able to:
-Edit the dialogue and sync dialogue to the video
-Minimize noise and process audio for maximum clarity/quality
-Add foley to scenes as needed (there’s probably not much needed)
-Would be able to mix the sound of the finished film after the music is added (however, this will be done in a separate job after the music is complete)

The current state of the film is this:
1) It’s been edited (as far as video is concerned)
2) Most of the scenes have the dialogue synced to the video, but about 25% of them don’t.
3) The music is in process of being finished and is not added to the film
4) It’s not color graded.

What needs to be done for audio:
1) The scenes that haven’t been synced need the audio synced.
2) Background noise will need to be added to those scenes.
3) Foley needs to be added where needed.
4) Audio needs to be mixed (once music is added).
