SUMMARY:

The Creative Producer of Video Content has a passion for creative storytelling possibilities, and bringing the best out of the people they are working with. They are responsible for all of the day-to-day production of the Miami Dolphins and HRS video content in coordination with the Director, Video Content.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Be aware of the Miami Dolphins strategic, creative, financial and cultural goals at all

Serve as Producer for video content pieces serving the Miami Dolphins and HRS digital content platforms.

Work with videographers/editors on-staff in providing direction and feedback.

Direct scripted content and field productions with high profile talent.

Assist in developing video content for all platforms in collaboration with creative team.

Collaborate with social, marketing and sponsorship team on developing branded content.

Manage travel, schedules, and budget for all creative and video related projects in coordination with Sr. Production Manager and Director, Video Content.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

A passion for storytelling, engaging audiences, working with others, and creative ideas for content growth.

Excellent communication skills.

Required: Strong knowledge of the National Football League.

Required: prior experience producing live broadcasts (television and/or radio).

Prior experience shooting and/or editing digital content a plus.

Ability to travel required for some road games, and capturing other content as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years professional experience in a related field (prior experience in sports NOT required).

EDUCATION:

BA in Broadcast/Journalism, Communications, Film, etc. or relevant work experience.
