MGX CREATIVE is a production company and creative agency. We explore popular culture through bold & stylistic storytelling. Our team of creatives specialize in development, production and post at our facility in Los Angeles.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Producer to bring their production skills to our team full time to help lead our Film & TV and commercial projects’ planning, logistics, and execution. We are looking for a resourceful & passionate problem solver that can work seamlessly within our Creative, Production, and Post-Production departments. You will primarily work alongside our Head of Production during the pre-production and production stages.

We are currently working fully remote with the option to work from our LA office.

Productions will require physical attendance on set.

THE DUTIES

• Interface with clients alongside the HOP to make sure their needs are met
• Source, vet, and book freelance crew members
• Manage running production budgets
• Quote negotiation with various production vendors
• Securing vehicles, production supplies, equipment rentals, etc
• Assisting with talent negotiations and usage rights
• Assisting with building call sheets, location research, casting process

THE REQUIREMENTS AND PLUSES

• LA based
• 2-3 years of physical production experience
• Proficiency in HotBudget (MovieMagic a plus)
• Great organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to production challenges and last minute changes
• A passion to create great work
