Brown Bag Films is currently looking for our next Production Assistant for one of our series!

Responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Providing administrative support to Producers and Production Manager
• Maintaining Vacation Schedule and Sick Forms documents
• Maintaining Production Files and directories
• Attend production meetings to take notes and distribute to all parties
• Manage the distribution of weekly meeting schedules
• Help manage and maintain Shotgrid assets and status’
• Maintain communication between production departments
• Prep meeting agendas as needed by production management
• Provide departmental updates to production management
• Organize and maintain production trackers as directed by production management

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a multi-user environment
• Offer ideas & assistance to team members in solving problems
• Ability to learn and use new software as needed
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours if and when necessary
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Photoshop, Shotgrid experience beneficial
