We are looking to add another EP to support our growing film department.

You will help to support our existing roster of talented directors and seek out new talent to expand our offering. You will work closely with creatives, directors, photographers, producers, PM’s and of course our agency partners. You should have 6 + years in a production and or sales role. (If less, please state your case)

The Executive Producer should possess the following skillsets and have a deep understanding of:

• The production process including, but not limited to: bidding, treatments, pitching & problem solving

• Clear understanding of the domestic advertising and production landscapes

• Be detail orientated, solution driven, quick on your feet and a team player

• Excellent leadership skills and an effective communicator

• Strong negotiating skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations

• Skilled networker with strong industry relationships and a passion for making lasting connections.

• Strategic sales driven mindset

• A love of film, photography and the arts in general

• Firm understanding of the ACCP guidelines
