Seeking an experienced Producer/Line Producer to assist the writer/director on a short film set to shoot in July 2022. The production will take place in New York. The person should be able to balance the competing pressures of the production alongside the creative vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hiring crew and managing the schedules.
  • Schedule shoot days and locations.
  • Oversee day to day logistics
  • Responsible for bringing production in under budget and on time
  • Proven ability to solve problems and interact with a wide variety of personalities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years prior experience as a line producer
  • Must have a sense of story and story arc
  • Deep roster of production staff including DP’s
  • Based in NYC
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience and interest in women-centric stories is a plus

Time Commitment:

  • Part-time: Now – June 19
  • Full-time: June 20 – Wrap
  • Production Dates: July 6 – 12

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 – $400.00 per day

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New York, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Line producing: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
