Production Coordinator for Casual Films in LA

Working with big name clients and assisting Producers on projects from pitch to delivery. You will be an integral part of the whole team to pull together quality productions. It’s all in a day’s work for our production coordaintors.

You will be part of client conversations, keeping an eye on budgets provided by your Producer, and juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

In preproduction, you’ll be working very closely with your Producers to organize and manage the various needs of a project such as talent/location releases, call sheets, scripts and other documents. You will also be responsible for various office administrative duties such as checking the mail and keeping supplies filled.

On set, you will assist where needed, whether it’s in production, Art, Camera, Lighting, you’ll always be lending a helping hand. After the shoot, the project is not over and nor is your involvement. You’ll be managing the needs of post production, such as sourcing stock footage or organizing assets provided by the client so that the editor has everything they need.
