Assist Producer in day-to-day production on assigned show/s

– Create, collect, and organize assets for each segment (including b-roll, soundbites, gifs and pictures)
– Work with post production group (including editors & gfx artists) to ensure all visual elements are delivered in a timely manner
– Undertake detailed research
– Fact check scripts and spell check graphics
– Attend shoots and assist production as needed
– Work with talent as directed
– Assist creatively on other YT programming, Reels/TikTok content, Top Stories on Instagram Stories, live events coverage
– Partner with E.’s social team to create highly shareable, social-first content
– Reach out for photo/ video clearance, as needed
– Brainstorm show and social video concepts
– Juggle multiple projects with parallel timelines
– Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 6+ months production experience on any platform (TV, Digital, Social) or related internship

• Strong video content production background

• Well-versed in social media and the digital content space

• Must love pop culture (including music, films, shows, memes, gifs, and internet culture) and all things entertainment news

• Expansive pop culture and entertainment/celebrity knowledge a must (including a love for all things Kardashian.)

• Ability to create and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external groups

• Organized, detail-oriented

• Writing background preferred

• Possess working knowledge of basic video editing functions

• Keep a pulse on trending/viral topics across digital platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, TikTok Snapchat, and Instagram
