CASTING: 

LOGAN – LEAD ROLE – MALE – 18-24 YRS OLD – ANY ETHNICITY 
Innocent, kind, clever and good hearted, LOGAN is the athletic, boy next door. Having been raised by his single father Harris, his life has made him a bit cynical and pained. An actor who plays baseball would be a plus, but not necessary. 18 + to play younger.

HARRIS – LARGE PRINCIPAL ROLE – MALE – 35-50 YRS OLD – ANY ETHNICITY
Cunning, strong, sharp, charismatic, and noble, HARRIS has the capacity for doing morally wrong things and a hidden temper. He is Logan’s father and Joyce’s ex husband. Logan’s athleticism come from his father. He is approximately 45 years old.

JOYCE – LARGE PRINCIPAL ROLE – FEMALE – 35-50 YRS OLD
Deceitful, selfish, extremely cynical, tough, and independent, Joyce is wounded and could strike at any moment. She is Logan’s absent mother and Harris’s ex wife. She wants to make amends and in order to get closer to Logan, she must behave like someone who is kind and caring. She is approximately 45 years old but looks older.

LILY – PRINCIPAL ROLE – FEMALE – 35-50 YRS OLD – ANY ETHNICITY 
Free, calm, welcoming, and accepting, LILY is warm and kind to just about everyone she meets. She is Harris’s new wife and Logan’s step mother. She is not ignorant to the pain of life. She is approximately 45 years old.
