Are you a triple threat Producer…Writer…Editor? Do you have a proven track record creating high-quality, engaging digital content integrating talent, narrative and style that entertains and inspires kids? We are hiring a creative Digital Producer who can lead an innovative production initiative from conception, through writing, on-the-floor production, and through post-production.

Join our team to lead the production of a series of 8-10 minute YouTube style videos for a new pioneering cross platform IP that features a Roblox game, YouTube content and a WebApp. Targeting a 6-10 demographic and featuring on-air talent attempting challenges or crafts in a fun, relatable, and fast-paced YouTube format, the videos will offer light edutainment that inspires.

To apply applicants must provide a portfolio of video work clearly indicating their roles/contributions to each piece.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for running point on the search for BC based talent to host the videos
• Under the guidance of the VP of Cross Platform strategy, who will provide creative and logistical oversight, lead the writing/scripting/creative of the episodes in collaboration with ROBLOX and WEB APP Team
• Manage the Production of the episodes – assemble the team, locations, equipment and run the day-to-day production on site
• Manage the projects budget and schedule based on the locked resources
• Provide regular status reports and participate in daily stand-up meetings
• In ALL cases above, role will be supported by a seasoned and experienced team including operations, finance and business affairs

• Proven track record producing great content on-time and on-budget
• Proven track record managing creative & production on location shoots
• An exciting and compelling portfolio of work
• A keen understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) on YouTube
• An asset if you can shoot and/or edit
• An asset if you have a track record producing digital content for kids/tweens
