Assistant Editor for MOB SCENE

Mob Scene – an award winning Creative Advertising Production company is looking for highly skilled creative individuals to join our team. Our office is based on Miracle Mile on Wilshire Blvd. by the La Brea Tar Pits. www.mobscene.com

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digitizing and ingesting all requested media
• Creating string outs for projects
• Maintain projects according to company workflow policies
• Searching and assembly of project footage
• B Roll, Sound Bite, and Film Clip Selects
• Creating cuts for producers/clients
• Logging
• Syncing and Overcutting
• Outputting media for finishing department

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in theatrical advertising
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proficient with Mac OS
• Experience in Adobe software
• Experience Cutting short-form content
• Previous experience with current camera formats and codecs preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented

ELIGIBILITY

• Local Candidates ONLY.
• Standard Office hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Must be able to work overtime on a as needed basis.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
