Skydance Animation is looking for a Script Coordinator to join the team of its third feature film. This position reports to the Production Manager. Candidates should have a passion for Animation and the ability to prioritize and manage the workflow of the department and overall show needs.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with Production Supervisor and Producer to manage script
- Attend Writer’s meetings and prepare transcribe notes into correct format for internal reference and Executives
- Proofread outlines and scripts; distribute premise, outlines and script drafts and revisions internally
- Attend production and Storyboard meetings; prepare and distribute follow-up script notes
- Proofread storyboards for dialogue and script changes
- Maintain and update comprehensive database and files of premises, outlines and scripts, including all drafts and submissions
- Maintain and coordinate writing schedule, including updating and distribution of weekly script status reports
- Work alongside production leadership to receive notes on schedule, report any concerns
- Attend weekly production meetings and provide updates at meeting
- Prepare, track and catalogue premise, outline, and script submissions
- Work with Edit Production Supervisor, Producer, and Casting department to schedule cast records
- Track dialogue pick ups needed as scripts are conformed and updated
- Prepare conformed scripts for recordings
- Attend recording sessions, track circle takes notes and distribute after session
- Conform scripts with any dialogue changes/additions after the record
- Provide cast lists and line counts with every draft of the script
- Track and coordinate pickup lines and revisions
- Collect and submit production timecards to finance
Requirements

- Prior experience as a Production Coordinator on an Animated feature, Script preferred
- Strong proficiency with Final Draft, MS Office, Google Suites
- Type minimum of 60 WPM, knowledge of basic screenplay formatting
- Detail-oriented, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively identify to solve and address
- Ability to confidently and professionally interact with others while under pressure, maintain consistent communication between team and studio
- Able to thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment where priorities and demands shift
