On-Site Production Coordinator

Description

Production Coordinators at DNEG aid the smooth running of high-end animated feature film projects through supporting the production and supervision team, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.

You will be responsible for aiding in efficient on-set coordination which includes downloading files for shoot sessions, taking notes and general support. You will be an extension of the Animation Layout Prod team so we are in need of a Production Coordinator who has CG Animation Layout experience. Any previous on-set live-action experience is a bonus.

Must-Have

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in working with databases, preferably Shotgun
• Knowledge of FTP software
• Diploma or equivalent education
• Aptitude for learning new software

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of animation and layout terminology
• HTML / Wiki skills
• Knowledge of Filemaker
