Casting for a student film school project, to be shot in Chilliwack, BC, on September 11th. The shoot is for a single, two-minute scene, so filming will only take a portion of the day. Both character’s ages and genders are completely flexible.
THIS PIECE IS INTENDED AS A DIRECTING EXERCISE. UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A NON-‐PAYING, NON-‐UNION PRODUCTION. IN LIEU OF COMPENSATION, ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL RECIEVE A FINAL COPY OF THE PROJECT FOR PORTFOLIO REELS.
1. LOU – aged 25-50 – Illegitimate business owner
2. MAKESI – aged 17-23 – Impressionable youth
About the Story: Working for Lou in a convenience store, Makesi discovers Lou’s business isn’t all legal… and Makesi wants in.
