Script Supervisor, Television Series, Sept. 2021 – May 2022

Brown Bag Films is in search of an experienced Script Supervisor for an ongoing live action television project.
Shooting takes place in Toronto, from Monday to Friday, between September 2021 and May 2022.
There will be roughly 27 shoot weeks within this date range.

Key Areas of responsibilities
– Create script breakdowns for each episode before shooting
– Oversee the continuity of each scene, with special attention to eyelines, posture/staging, entrances and exits
– Actively time each take with an overall calculation to gauge whether the episode is on/over/under time
– Record quality of each take
– Prepare daily reports for the production team
– Take detailed and extensive notes on each setup and particular shot, creating physical reference binders for use through the season

Required Experience/Professional Skills:
– Must have 5 years of experience as Script Supervisor working in an on-set role
– Familiarity with all aspects of film and on-set procedures
– High attention to detail, and good organizational skills
– Experience working with green screen and animation is a plus
