CASTING CALL: Two male actors to play a grandfather and grandson for a short film shoot. Must be fluent in speaking and reading Korean.
Location: Los Angeles
Dates: 7/23-7/27, times TBD
Compensation: $360/day
Logline: Steven desperately holds onto the memories of his headstrong Grandfather and attempts to stave off the inevitable memory loss that Alzheimer’s Disease brings.
Casting two available roles:
  • Steven — 20s-30s Korean-American man. Very family-oriented and craves stability. Has good intentions, but is misguided in his attempt to avoid change in his life. Strong attachment to his grandfather.
  • Grandfather — 60s+ Korean man and grandfather to Steven. Hard-headed, stubborn, and prideful, although he maintains a playful spirit.
