We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer to work in our Bluffton, SC office.

9Rooftops Marketing is looking for a creative and organized Associate Producer in their studio to assist developing engaging and high caliber content for its many brands. This position would be ideal for a self-starter with a background in commercial, documentary, animation, or feature production with a working knowledge of the production process from concept to delivery.

This role will be working side-by-side with the in-house producer to assist in developing creative concepts, coordinate production and post-production schedules, and maintain day-to-day operations. You would be interfacing with various brand teams over multiple clients. Clear communication, attention to detail and brand guideline awareness are key. You would be working very closely with the various creative departments to turn the creative vision, into reality.

Essential Job Duties and Skills:

Assist in the selection of vendors to each project
Assist in scoping project budgets
Create shoot schedules and shot lists
Ensure project timelines are met and up to date.
Conduct location research and procure selected locations
Provide onsite location and studio management for shoots
Ensure compliance with legal regulations with guidance from 9R legal and producers.
Assistance with props, set dressing and wardrobe procurement and set up

Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
2+ years’ related experience in video and photography production.
Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as required.
Understanding of broadcast and digital platform and standards
High level of motivation and persistence and is goal and detail oriented.
High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
Ability to follow specific detailed direction.
Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understanding of need for urgency.
