Logline:

After saving a chihuahua from her crazed owner, two exes, and their new dog, attempt to survive the end of the world.

Character Descriptions:

JoJo: (late 20s-mid 30s) Female. Lead. A realist who is resourceful/pragmatic, but also protective of those she loves. She feels things very deeply, but has trouble showing her emotions and would rather not confront them. She is an incredibly determined person and is ultimately driven by hope. Prone to sarcasm. Miriam: (late 20s-mid 30s) Female. Lead. A romantic who wants to embrace the present moment. She often gets lost in her head. She might be too passive at times because she values harmony so much, but also because she accepts her fate. In some ways this makes her more of a realist than JoJo. She can be goofy, yet also has a dark sense of humor. LGBTQA+ Strongly Encouraged To Apply. Open To All Ethnicities.

Mr. Owens: (50s-70s) Male. A lonely, paranoid, elderly man who has been living alone with his dog, Nova, for a long time. He loves Nova, but fear and isolation have twisted his sense of reason. This has made him angry and suspicious of those few people he does encounter. Open To All Ethnicities.
