Documentary about the Kitchen Industry in Toronto

During the unknown of the pandemic, many restaurants need to revaluate what they can do. Many Sri Lankan Tamils in Canada work in kitchens but with reduced number of hours and with many restaurants closing, what can these cooks do when they have moved to Canada to start a fresh life do?

We have a group of Sri Lankan Tamil people who heavily rely on the restaurant business to bring in money for their families. If you step in kitchen in the Greater Toronto Area you will find a Tamil person in the kitchen.

I am looking for the following:

Co-Producer

Any Tamil people who are involved in the restaurant industry with a story to share, about working in a restaurant, life during the pandemic, moving to Canada, etc.
