Hi everyone! Our crew/ cast has expanded and we’re currently looking for the following:
Project Type: Short Film ~ 10 minutes
Genre: Musical Dramedy
Filming: July 23-24 2022
Director: Vivian Li
Location: Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC
Rate/Union: Non-paying, Non-Union
Premiering at 2022 Reel Asian Film Festival
LOGLINE: When Ai’s grandfather passes away in China, simmering tensions lead to a song-battle against the ancestor ghosts which possess her parents.

Feels distant from her parents and the world. Initially more quiet and observant, she opens up during the song.
Mrs. Wu/ Grandaunt – Chinese – 45-55
Principal – Soprano Range (G3 to F4)
Clumsy with words and actions but means well. Excited and open to try new things. When possessed, reveals a more agitated side of herself.
