Junior Video Editor – In-House Creative Team

Are you a keen graduate with a passion for video editing and storytelling? This is a great opportunity to learn on the job in one of Australia’s most iconic brand’s in-house creative team.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to support our internal video production team. You’ll work across a variety of content – from internal communications to social media and marketing campaigns – gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing video content including basic graphics, colour grading, and sound design.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to receive and implement feedback.

• Assisting senior editors by prepping projects and archiving completed work.

• Taking ownership of projects under guidance, ensuring alignment with briefs and brand guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• A fast learner who’s eager to grow and contribute creatively.

• Someone who’s organised, proactive, and able to work independently with direction.

• An interest in aviation is a bonus!

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

• Strong file management and naming convention practices.

• Understanding of delivery formats and ability to export to spec.

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

• Flexibility to work after hours when required.
