With a strong presence in Europe, we are expanding into Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and Africa, collaborating with our Barcelona headquarters and Seoul team to drive cosmetic innovation.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator & Video Editor to lead the digital content strategy for our beauty brands, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.

• Please note: this position will be based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy: Produce short, dynamic, and high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories), tailored to each brand and its unique visual identity.
• Design and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and key beauty industry trends.
• Act as a trend scout, identifying and adapting trending formats, sounds, and visual styles on TikTok and Instagram for the beauty universe.
• Develop tailored content strategies for each brand, leveraging learnings across our portfolio.
• Performance & Growth: Measure, analyze, and report results (views, engagement, community growth, conversions) to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Create content that inspires, connects, and drives interaction with beauty and self-care communities, fostering growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, growth, and brand managers to integrate content into global campaigns and ensure a cohesive brand voice.

Minimum Requirements

• What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Social Media Specialist, ideally in agencies or with multi-brand portfolios.
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and personal care.
• Advanced English proficiency (other languages are a plus).
• Expertise in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems: algorithms, formats, trends, and best practices.
• An analytical mindset to interpret metrics and improve content performance.
• Creativity and versatility to adapt messages across different brand voices and audiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a love for digital trends. Occasional international travel.
