White & Sons is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with six offices in Surrey (Dorking, Reigate, Horley, Oxted and Leatherhead).

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of an established property consultancy across six Surrey offices. We’re looking for an experienced photographer who can bring our properties and brand to life through compelling photography, videography, and some digital content.

Please note that we can only accept applications from candidates who have a right to work in the UK. Your own vehicle and driving license are essential for this role. Local knowledge preferrable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality professional photographs of residential and commercial properties
  • Create engaging video tours and footage of properties using appropriate equipment
  • Edit photographs and videos to ensure optimal quality and presentation
  • Work with our sales teams to understand property highlights that need to be showcased
  • Schedule and attend property shoots across various locations in a timely manner
  • Manage digital assets and maintain an organised portfolio of completed work
  • Meet tight deadlines to support property listing timelines
  • Comply with privacy and consent requirements when capturing occupied properties
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards
  • Keep up with latest industry trends and techniques in property photography

Key Skills
  • Proven experience in property photography
  • Proficiency with video equipment including drones (CAA certification beneficial) 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting, and property presentation skills 
  • Excellent editing skills and capability to produce floor plans
  • Understanding of property marketing principles
  • Valid UK driving license and own reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to carry equipment and move around properties of various sizes
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
