Your Mission
To unleash your creativity and give life to dynamic and captivating video content for our YouTube channels: David Laroche FR (+859k subs), Paradox Sans Filtre (+69.7K subs), and Paradox Business (+133k subs). Paradox Unfiltered (+107K subs) also contributes to this effort. Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession with excellence, worldwide impact and crafting experiences. You will play a pivotal role in making Paradox reach that level and become an iconic brand.
Responsibilities
- Produce 1 authoritative educational face‑cam video monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and B‑roll to simplify complex ideas and captivate audiences.
- Edit 2 celebrity/expert interviews monthly for Paradox Sans Filtre and 1 CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video for a seamless viewing experience.
- Craft Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
- Drive brainstorming sessions; bring proactive and original ideas to guide the editing style while preserving each channel’s unique essence and Paradox’s value of awe.
- Adhere to standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema‑level quality when hosting top CEOs and guests.
Experience & Skills
- +2 years of YouTube video editing experience with the ability to tackle complex editing challenges across software platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.
- Experience editing long‑form videos and short videos for social media.
- Experience creating animations; motion design is a plus.
- Aligns with Paradox’s core values, especially create AWE, and aims for industry‑leading quality that resonates with YouTube norms.
