Hi there! We are Storimake, the first video editing platform for everyone’s stories. Our mission is to turn mobile content into memorable stories, democratizing video editing. How do we do it? Our mobile-first marketplace allows people to upload their videos, choose their preferences and connect with a real editor who turns it into magic. We are moved by passion, creativity and curiosity, creating a new way of telling stories easily for everyone. We are looking for a video editor profile that can help us bring this vision to life. What will your responsibilities be? Edit simple videos (mainly with material from mobile devices) Report to the editor coordinator about the difficulty encountered in editing and the time spent per edit. Participate to provide personal information on how you could edit better videos or at a faster pace. Meet the deadlines and project objectives,working in partnership. What experience, skills & qualifications do you need? At least 2 years relevant work experience in video editing. High Knowledge of level video editing software (Final Cut and/or PremierePro and/or Avid and/or DaVinci) Essential notions about video storytelling. Knowledge of programs such as After effects would be considered positively. Have a mentality oriented towards solving any problems that may arise— it is the key mentality to be able to grow and develop in a startup!) Can produce high volume and good quality videos quickly, consistently, and affordably. You take care of details and share this passion with the team! Multitask and proactivity. You speak fluent English.
