VideographerUnited Community is seeking a highly skilled Videographer to join our team. As our In-House Videographer, you’ll be the creative powerhouse behind all our video content for marketing and communications. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to produce captivating videos that align with our brand and strategic goals. From concept to final edit, you’ll manage the entire video production process, ensuring high-quality content that resonates with our audience.What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and still photography for various platforms including web, social media, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video content that supports our campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the entire video production process from concept to final edit, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
  • Maintain and organize video equipment and ensure all technical aspects of video production are met.
  • Provide creative direction in real-time on shoots to ensure the video and all subjects involved are represented in the best light.
  • Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and trends to continuously improve our video content.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
  • Provide creative input and ideation to enhance the overall effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Build a video library and manage storage and maintenance of assets.

Requirements for Success:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional videography, preferably within a corporate or financial environment.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video production skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • In office or on location Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday activity shoot.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Familiarity with DSLR cameras and other video production equipment.
  • Degree in Film, Communications, or a related field.

  • This is a full-time, non-remote position
