Pay Range: $37 – $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor position responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art online customer experience, identifying process improvements, evaluates special projects prior to implementation and works with multiple teams to meet and execute the business vision.
• Facilitates the creative front end production of collection page headers, home and landing pages, editorial shops, marketing offers/programs and advertising units.
• Produces deliverables from cross functional teams, design copy, internet merchandising, marketing, and web operations.
• Establishes production timelines and manages each deliverable through completion.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required, 2+ years of e-comm experience using a Content Management System.
• Reports to Director of Internet Creative Services. Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills;Strong Premier Pro proficiency and Adobe Creative Suite fluency (especially on Mac)
• Creative production
• Design Skills
• Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in a Design role/experience preferred. This can include an internship
• Previous fashion experience preferred
• Complete fluency and proficiency in the use of a Mac and Adobe Suite programs.
• Strong creative production, organization, and design skills
• Must be highly organized
• Self-motivated and independent thinker
• Passionate Concepter and wanting to push the brand to new limits
• Up to date on latest trends in Fashion, especially social trends
• Strong communication skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Team player
• A Willingness and excitement to learn
