The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Junior Video Editor to join our Employer Branding team on a 3-month short-term contract based in Lisbon, starting in June or July 2025.

In this role, you’ll help bring WTW’s employer brand to life through engaging video content across various platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shoot and edit videos using a smartphone, and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.

This opportunity is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is imaginative, self-driven, and eager to gain hands-on experience in employer branding and digital content creation at a global company.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content that supports WTW’s employer brand.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to brainstorm creative concepts and compelling video stories.
  • Record video interviews and team moments using a smartphone.
  • Develop content for our social media channels and careers website.
  • Ensure all content aligns with WTW’s brand voice and visual guidelines.
  • Organize and manage our video content library.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and video best practices.
