Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals into high-performing ad concepts
  • Edit video ads using expert-level pacing and visual storytelling
  • Write optimized copy for on-screen text, headlines, and scripts
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in creating high-performing paid social content
  • Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response social ads
  • Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other editing tools
  • Experience as on-camera talent or UGC-style content creator
  • Familiarity with performance creative testing frameworks
