Videographer

• Contract Duration: 4 months
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $35.00-$55.00 per hour, W2

What you will do as a Videographer:

• Edit stock and raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and select stock footage, sounds, and music
• Capture high-quality video content, including interviews and b-roll, for various projects
• Plan and execute video shoots, managing lighting, audio, and equipment setup
• Maintain and organize video archives and project footage
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and video strategies
• Operate and maintain video production equipment
• Contribute to the development of video strategies and storytelling approaches

What you will bring to the Videographer role:

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, or a related field preferred
• 3–7+ years of experience as a videographer or in a similar video production role
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio
• Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and project management tools like Robohead is a plus
