We are seeking a talented and adaptable AI Character Video Artist to join our pioneering team.

This role focuses on transforming detailed textual character descriptions into engaging and authentic video montages.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual sensibility, proficiency in AI image and video generation tools, and expertise in video editing. You will be responsible for creating short, impactful video clips (25-30 seconds) that offer a genuine glimpse into a character’s personality and life through a series of AI-generated visuals. This position requires comfort and professionalism in working with mature and erotic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize detailed character descriptions to guide the generation of a series of still images using text-to-image AI prompting tools. The aim is to create visuals that accurately reflect the character’s personality, attributes, and life details.
• Employ image-to-video AI generation tools to transform the created still images into a variety of video clips, illustrating the character in diverse scenarios.
• Edit multiple AI-generated video clips using professional video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) to produce cohesive and evocative montage clips, each approximately 25-30 seconds in length.
• Ensure the final video montages feel authentic, natural, and not overly produced, effectively conveying the essence of the character.
• Collaborate with the team to understand character nuances and visual requirements.
• Maintain an organized workflow and manage digital assets effectively.

Potential Future Responsibilities:

• Expand involvement in the character creation pipeline, including designing characters from a text-prompt standpoint.
• Take ownership of generating the initial set of images that users encounter when first interacting with a character.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience with text-to-image AI generation tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to use image-to-video AI generation tools.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other common professional video editing applications.
• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and conveying emotion and personality through video.
• Ability to interpret written character descriptions and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality, authentic-feeling content.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in character design or development.
• Familiarity with narrative structures and storytelling principles.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work with AI image/video generation and video editing.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
