TBC Studios have produced some of Australia’s favourite podcasts for years and we are now opening our first physical location with Project C.
This studio is designed to make you look, sound and feel your best and we’re searching for a Podcast Videographer & Editor to bring these podcasts to life.
We work with incredible founders, creators and brands who want to stand out.

Our studio is based just off James Street and although you must be on site for recording some work from home allowances are also made.
What you’ll do:
-
Set up and operate multi-cam podcast shoots including lighting and sound configuration
-
Create live stream connections and support technical delivery
-
Direct hosts and guests in-studio to ensure they look, feel and sound their best
-
Manage footage, files and back ups
-
Work alongside our producers and designers to strategise episodes and build strong visual identities
-
Storyboarding and coming up with concepts for content based off client objectives
-
Capturing B-roll before and after podcast recording sessions
-
Video Editing – Creating video content from podcast episodes that are including but not
limited to:
-
Short format videos for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts and LinkedIn

Long Format Youtube videos

You’re the right fit if you:
-
Have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and love creating
-
Are obsessed with creating content that stands out and stops the scroll
-
Look at the big picture and consider brand positioning, trends and aesthetics as well as the technical details

Thrive in a fast-paced studio and want to grow alongside this new brand
-
Want to actually make a difference with the content you create

Are constantly innovating and learning about the latest edits and technology

Are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients
You must have experience with:
-
Sony or Blackmagic Cameras as well as the ATEM Mini Switcher
-
Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar
Bonus points if you’re also passionate about audio, have live streaming or previous podcasting experience
