Tasca Studio is a U.S.-based video production company working with clients in healthcare, real estate, and the YouTube space. We produce brand videos, interviews, workshops, podcasts, real estate tours, and short-form content.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Video Editor & Motion Designer who knows story structure, understands pacing, and creates content people actually want to watch — and share. You’ll take raw footage and shape it into sharp, professional video content that performs across platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Edit content – Interviews, explainers, podcasts, social clips (Premiere Pro)

Contribute creatively – Suggest story edits, pacing tweaks, or visual ideas

Work with our team – Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing

Manage assets – Stay organized with clean file management and delivery

Stay sharp – Keep up with trends, tools, and platform best practices

Hit deadlines – Be responsive, consistent, and easy to work with

Leverage AI – Use tools (Descript, Chat GPT, Runway, Topaz) to speed up workflows

Design motion graphics – Lower thirds, titles, transitions & animated text (AE)

Enhance post – Color correction, sound design, multi-cam syncing, exports

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years editing branded or corporate video

2+ years motion design experience (strong AE skills)

Fluent in Premiere Pro & After Effects (Illustrator is a plus)

Comfortable with proxies, multicam, and podcast-style audio

Experienced with both long & short-form content (YouTube, IG, etc.)

Clear communicator, highly organized, and self-directed

Understands editing for retention, storytelling, and platform goals

Actively learning or using AI tools in your workflow

COMPENSATION

Starts at $1,000/month (full-time / remote)

Increases to $1,200/month after 90 days based on performance

Paid bi-weekly via PayPal, Wise, or Xoom

50K views → +$20

100K views → +$50

1M views → +$100

Social Media view bonuses:

100K views → +$20

1M views → +$100
