We’re a leading Real Estate agency in the Illawarra, and we’re looking for a talented and driven Photographer & Videographer to join our energetic team. You’ll play a crucial role in creating stunning visual assets that capture the essence of our listings and captivate potential buyers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Traveling to various property locations to photograph and film interiors.

• Producing high-quality, professional photographs in line with our brand guidelines.

• Creating stunning property videos, including drone footage.

• Ensuring all visual content aligns with McNeice’s brand standards and marketing strategies.

• Efficiently managing your schedule and delivering edited photos and videos within tight deadlines.

• The opportunity to work with external clients doing interior and architectural shoots.

• Assisting our Creative Team to develop fresh content for our company marketing activities and social media.

• Collaborating effectively with our sales team to understand their needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in photography and videography, with at least 1 year in a professional setting. Real estate experience is a plus!

• A strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills, particularly in interior and architectural subjects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Sound technical skills, including a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation.

• The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional visual content.
