Videographer

Moes Media is expanding, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated Videographer to join our team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, enjoy working behind the lens, and want to be part of a fun, dynamic team — we want to hear from you.

About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality video content, with a strong focus on real estate property and agent brand videos. You’ll work closely with our production team contributing creative input and collaborating on the execution of projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a good amount of hands-on experience. Whether you’re an established videographer or have recently completed a university or TAFE course in Screen & Media, you’d be a great fit. Training will be provided to help you master our approach and ensure your work aligns with the standard and creativity we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing

• Filming high-quality content for brands, with a strong focus on real estate property and agent videos

• Maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality control throughout the filming process

• Collaborating with the production team and offering ideas and creative flair

• Continuously exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance production value

• Capturing stills — photography experience is a plus, but training will be provided if needed

What we’re looking for

• Experience in videography and strong camera knowledge

• Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording for video production

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to direct on shoots

• Own vehicle with licence

• Having your own gear is a bonus (not essential)

• Photography skills

• Editing skills (FCPX, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve)
