About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Videographer/Photographer who is a shooter first editor second. You will be joining a creative marketing team that is always pushing the boundaries. You will be our on-the-road Videography and Photography gun, capturing builds around Southeast Queensland at their different stages. You will be given to make this role your own and we will provide you with all you need to push your creativity.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and shoot both video and photo content of all our builds for our website and social media pages

• Edit high-quality photos to be shared; on socials, on our website and with clients

• Provide our video editors with footage captured on-site

• On occasion, edit video walkthroughs of completed builds

• Use data from our social media analytics to adapt shooting styles to increase views and followers

About you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in video production and photography (Real estate photography experience ideal).

• Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.

• In-depth knowledge of video equipment: cameras, drones, gimbals, and audio recording equipment.

• Proficient in Photoshop, and Lightroom.

• Experienced in Premiere Pro, After Effects and similar tools.

• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
