Your role?

• Record and manage video sessions to ensure high-quality content.
• Create engaging content for YouTube, including planning, scripting, and filming.
• Edit videos to produce polished and professional final services.
• Develop and produce video ads to promote services.
• Lead interviews for podcasts or video content, showcasing strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Generate content based on social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) on the strategy defined by iTalenters to maintain the connection with the community.
• Responsible for creating the social media content calendar, posting, and managing the community across the different platforms.
• Collaborate with several stakeholders to create content following iTalenter’s brand values.

What would make you a great candidate?

• Knowledge in recording and managing video sessions.
• Familiarity with creating content for YouTube.
• Comfortable leading interviews for podcasts or video content.
• Good knowledge of design software (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Domain of social media (Instagram and TikTok).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perfect English and Spanish language proficiency.
